Diamond Grinding (The Secret)

We never just "paint" over concrete. We use heavy industrial diamond grinders to shave off the top layer of concrete, creating a porous profile that the epoxy locks into permanently.

Patching & Priming

We meticulously fill all cracks, divots, and expansion joints with a fast-curing polyurea filler, ensuring the final floor is completely seamless and level.

Base Coat & Flake Broadcast

We lay down a thick, self-leveling 100% solids epoxy base coat. While it's wet, we broadcast decorative vinyl flakes across the entire floor for color and texture.

Polyaspartic Clear Topcoat

We finish with a polyaspartic clear coat. This is highly resistant to chemicals, oil, hot tires, and UV rays (it won't turn yellow in the sun). We also mix in anti-slip grit for safety.

Will hot tires peel the epoxy off the floor?

No. DIY hardware store kits peel because they are basically just paint, and they don't bond well. We mechanically diamond-grind the concrete and use industrial-grade epoxy and polyaspartic coatings that are 100% hot-tire resistant and will never peel or lift.

How long does the installation take, and when can I park on it?

Our professional installation usually takes 1 to 2 days depending on the size and prep work required. You can safely walk on the new floor within 24 hours, but we strictly recommend waiting 3 to 5 days before driving or parking heavy vehicles on it to allow for a full chemical cure.

Is the floor slippery when it gets wet?

It can be, which is why we don't leave it perfectly smooth. We always mix a specialized anti-slip aggregate (like aluminum oxide or silica) into the final clear topcoat. This provides excellent grip and safety even when the floor is wet from rain or washing.
